Subject	Precat lock plate?

Message	If I ever had these I don't remember. I was ordering a couple replacement turbo bolts and noticed lock plates for the nuts. Were these necessary with downpipes too? Trying to figure out if I lost (or never had them), or I tossed them because they weren't needed.
